EPA / DOT Approved:  This motorcycle is EPA and DOT Approved and can be registered as a On-Road vehicle in 48 states not including California and Florida. Please check with your local DMV for requirements!

Warranty:  We offer a 6 monthr warranty on Motor and frame. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts and bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:

◊ The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
◊ The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

Free Registration documentation:  We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is an important document and is not shipped with the scooter.  It will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Fully Pre-Assembly: This Item comes 95% assembled (battery set up, mirrors and minor adjustments, front windshield and tail box putting on may be required). Be sure to tighten all screws and check for appropriate levels of engine fluid prior to operation. Warranty is valid straight from the box.

Some Assembly required: Usually takes about half hour. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery and the handlebar are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. The handle bar assembly goes back on with just a bracket and four bolts. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use.

Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on front windshield, rear mirrors, handlebar cover, tail box, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. We will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
