Warranty: We offer a six month warranty on Motor and frame, and 6 months Parts warranty. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts & bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:
• The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
• The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
Free Registration documentation: We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is not shipped with the scooter. It will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Some Assembly required: Usually takes about 10 minutes. The Bike are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Battery and the rear mirror are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use.
• Remember! You are responsible for performing the setup that a dealer would normally perform - such as putting on rear view mirrors and handle bar cover, hooking up the battery, checking tightness of all nuts and bolts, changing oil, etc. Occasionally some units may need other routine items checked/adjusted such as adjusting the carburetor idle and mixture screws, checking to ensure wires are well connected, adjusting chain slack and alignment, if needed. While we will gladly assist you with any technical questions.
