Street Legal: This motorcycle can be registered as a street legal bike in 49 states. It is not legal in California.
250cc 4-Stroke with 5-speed Transmission: 250cc air cooled four stroke engine, 5 speed manual transmission. Top speed is over 75 MPH making it capable of running on all paved roads in the USA.
High Performance Hydraulic Disc Brakes: This 250 gas Moped features the fully upgraded ABS hydraulic disc braking system on the front, which delivers smooth stops in half the distance of standard. Inspire confidence and relaxation for all riders.
Special Safety Feature: A safety engine kill switch is integrated into the ignition circuit so when your scooter is in the parked position, you won't accidentally start the motor until you are ready to roll.
Warranty: one year warranty on Motor and frame. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts & bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:
• The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
• The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
Free Registration documentation: We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is an important document and is not shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 3 ~ 5 days to process.
Assembly: This Item comes 90% assembled (Battery, front wheel, rear wheel, rear fender, hitch, trunk, windshield and the rear mirror mirrors and minor adjustments set up may be required.). Be sure to tighten all screws and check for appropriate levels of engine fluid prior to operation. Warranty is valid straight from the box.
